Charlie

Status: Available for adoption (currently located in Nova Scotia)

Hello, everyone!

My name is Charlie! Vanderpump Dogs rescued me from a high kill shelter where my previous family surrendered me and Dream Dog brought me to Canada to find my forever home!

I LOOOOOOVE to run and play. I need an active family, preferably with another dog to play with, or someone who is committed to socializing me at daycare! I am extremely smart and know all kinds of tricks. I come when called, am potty trained & crate trained.

I don’t think I’ve ever really been on a leash, so sometimes I get protective of my people & have “stranger danger” when meeting new people on leash. Please be extra patient with me as it takes a little time for me to trust that you’re going to be A’ok with someone new around. Once I get to know the new person, I will be their bestie & come for lots of pets and lovins. I love toys, I love ball, I love treats, and I love life! If you want an active best friend for life, I’m your guy.

Charlie’s Ideal Home would have:

  • Dog-experienced Adults only (or older kids high school and above)

  • Dog & Cat Approved

  • Ability to dedicate time for training & desensitization

  • A detached house (Not suitable for apartments or condos), fenced in yard is a big plus!

Status: available for adoption (currently located in los angeles)

Hello, Nova Scotia!

*Please read my bio carefully before applying!*

Hi, I'm Bobo! I have been adopted a couple times, but I had to come back to Vanderpump Dogs because I need the right person who can accept me the way I am. I am super cute and love the people that I know and trust, and will roll over for belly rubs and playing. However, I hate being in a crate or feeling cornered, because I went through something scary in my past. And because of my fear, I am very difficult to groom. I would do best in a home with no children, because I have a history of biting when I am scared. That being said, I can be a loving companion to the person I trust. I also don't mind other dogs as long as they give me space. If you're interested in meeting me or learning more, reach out to the adoptions team or come in and visit me! Winning over the heart of a rescue dog like me is a reward like none other. I've been at the rescue for a while...give me a chance!

All adoptions are subject to a 3 week trial period to allow your Dream Dog to decompress after their rehoming. Please be sure you are able to commit to this 3 week period before applying to adopt.
